Responsibilities

· Organizational Structure & Job Descriptions: Develop and maintain organizational charts to align with business needs. Collaborate with department heads to support strategic goals.
· Change Management: Assist in planning and executing change initiatives, including communication and training plans. Provide support to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
· Talent Management & Training: Identify training needs through surveys and evaluations. Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance employee skills. Continuously assess and adjust programs for maximum effectiveness.

· Talent acquisition: oversees recruitment and selection process as well as onboarding.
· Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, and support goal-setting and feedback processes. Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies for employee development.
· Leadership Development: Support leadership programs and identify high-potential talent for career development opportunities.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze data on HR initiatives, prepare reports on program effectiveness, and utilize insights to inform strategic decision-making.
· HR Policies & Compliance: Evaluate and enhance HR policies to reflect best practices and support organizational culture. Ensure consistent policy application across departments, complying with legal requirements.
· Compliance & Best Practices: Stay informed on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends. Implement best practices to maintain compliance and enhance HR operational efficiency


Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.· Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, change management, or a related field.· Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in organizational development.· Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development interventions.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Strong communication and influencing skills.· Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.· Professional certifications in organizational development or change management are a plus.
