Job Summary

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and products. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting tests, developing quality procedures, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Conduct tests on finished products to verify their adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement quality procedures and standards to enhance production processes and product quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead and participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance, test results, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs for production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among all employees.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards.
• Participate in external audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
• Implement lean manufacturing tools, six sigma and suggest systems to standardize working procedures.
• Motivate and encourage evoking new Ideas for improvement to activate creativity and encourage participation and employee involvement.
