- Lead and motivate a team of dental sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territory or product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental hygienists, and other decision-makers within dental practices.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and coach dental sales representatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
- Cooperate with company's departments like marketing and product development.
- Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events (may be required).
