Intertrade Co., the largest producer of PVC gaskets in Egypt, is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of materials and products. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products.
• Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to optimize the supply chain network.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
• Implement and maintain logistics tracking systems to monitor shipments and resolve issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain and logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain and logistics performance to senior management.
• Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
