Technical Evaluation:
- Analyze project specifications and client requirements to determine suitable solutions.
- Utilize selection software and tools to recommend solutions that meet efficiency and performance criteria.
- Prepare technical documentation, including datasheets, performance curves, and engineering drawings.
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and bids.
- Provide technical presentations and explanations to clients during meetings and via digital communication platforms.
- Respond to technical queries from clients and provide detailed clarifications.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that selected solutions align with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product specifications and delivery schedules meet project needs.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical expertise.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of technical evaluations, client interactions, and project statuses.
- Generate reports for the management team to review project progress and technical office performance.
Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role focusing on pump systems, including selection, sizing, and application.Experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales support, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry.Proven track record of working with multinational brands.
