Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our DME products and services. The ideal candidate shall have extensive DME industry experience, a deep understanding of the USA market, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development:Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and goals, with a specific focus on the US market.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the US.Create and manage the marketing budget.Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, tailored to the US market.Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive sales growth within the US.Content Creation:Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media posts, targeting the US audience.Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging.Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms, with a focus on engaging the US market.Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic within the US.Utilize email marketing and CRM tools to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships in the US.Brand Management:Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.Partnerships and Events:Identify and establish partnerships with industry stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and manufacturers within the US.Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the US. Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience, with  3 years in the DME company or 2 years of experience in the BPO industry  Extensive experience in the US market is essential is also required.Marketing Knowledge: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns focused on the US market.Industry Understanding: Strong understanding of DME products, market trends, customer behavior, and regulatory environment in the US.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.Leadership: Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Travel: Ability to travel as needed.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
