Hojuzat Company for Travel and Tourism (a partner company with Bevatel) is hiring an Operation Specialist with the following job description:
- Handles customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a positive effective manner whilst ensuring company’s branding and corporate image are reflected in a positive manner and as per approved quality standards.
- Handles the Saudi clients' complaints with hotels and confirms hotel reservations on online suppliers in a professional way and timely manner via call center or social media and follows up on action taken.
Bachelor's degree.Previous experience with Saudi clients is a plus.Efficiency in using and dealing with the online suppliers.Very good up to excellent English level.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong Problem solving skills.
