Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Adhering to the implementation of regulations related to monetary and financial systems and ensuring compliance with applicable policies.
- Recording cash transactions, processing authorization forms for expenditures, and maintaining records.
- Processing authorization forms for issuing checks.
- Issuing checks from the bank to fund treasury operations and settling financial obligations such as taxes and fees related to Egyptian checks.
- Disbursing salaries to company employees.
- Managing financial allowances for operational, administrative, and management needs.
Authorities:
- Authorization of expenditures.
- Issuing invoices and delivering receipts.
- Operating and maintaining passport scanning, scanning light, cash passport, and remover of electronic permits used during daily operations of final balance and legal inventory
