- Preparation of the current machines assessment reports to evaluate its mechanical efficiencies and capabilities.
- Issue Mechanical work Instructions and SOP for operators.
- Assuring that new profiles are according to the highest quality level.
- Following up new lines handover process from supplier during setting up the machines and assuring mechanical components full functionality.
- Train and oversee the process and production team (Process foremen, Production engineers and operators) regarding every new machine or technology, including their compliance to the machine’s best performance conditions.
- Assuring that safety and quality standards are met for all processes and procedures.
- Implement and manage process flow improvements, identify solutions for the existing manufacturing processes focusing on productivity, labor efficiency and machinery utilization.
- Monitoring the performance of machines Mechanical components and its tooling to ensure that the best performance conditions are being met.
- Identify new mechanical tooling requirements and make recommendations for the most effective implementation.
- Support and coordinate with Product Development and Industrial Design in the new product definition phase.
- Manage implementation of engineering changes on the production line.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Mechatronics). 5+ years of Experience (Preferably Sheet metal industry background).Communicative as you will communicate plans and articulate your ideas with colleagues at all levels. Team player. You nurture and develop the relationships that implement innovation. Analytical with an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making. A leader with a vision and a purpose, and you can inspire and influence others to not only share it but apply their abilities to achieving it. Problem-solver & resilient. You see challenges as opportunities and chances to make things even better than before. Strong knowledge of Lean Tools / Six Sigma is preferred. Computer skills with a high competence level in Auto CAD, SolidWorks & MS office tools; Excel, Word, Access etc.Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
