We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a solid background in talent acquisition and personnel management. Experience in the call center or travel industry is highly preferred.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
