Role Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to manage and grow the Banking sector in the Financial Services products portfolio within the organization. This role plays a critical part in driving Vodafone Egypt’s product strategy through owning the E2E accountability for Banking in the Financial Services.
Responsibilities:
Banking Financial Services Strategy
● Responsible for managing the execution of the strategy, growth, and revenue contribution for the Banking sector in the Financial Services.
● Applies financing, optimization based on the customer needs.
● Ensures effective strategy execution is done through cross-functional collaboration.
Product Management
• Execute strategy ideas derived from various analysis, forecasts, business plans, and research
• Manages Vodafone Egypt’s Banking FS product portfolio life cycle from Commercial design and tactical activities to all business segments.
• Accountable for customer segmentation for the Banking sector.
• Manage the Banking product propositions, marketing, and go-to-market deliverables.
• From the business side and shall coordinate related activities for the consumer through the consumer team.
Market & Competitive Positioning:
• Market research/competitive analysis to decide the latest features/propositions to be implemented on the product following up to achieve it.

● Deep business acumen and demonstrated experience in leading complex teams
● Highly aware of new technologies and emerging global service delivery trends
● Excellent commercial background
● Attention to details and ability to deliver through others to achieve business objectives
● Experience in merchant payment, Acquiring Business Commercial Management, Previous Experience in activities consumer finance merchant is a plus.
● Experience in Banking
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
● Bsc degree in business, marketing or relevant field
● Minimum 8 years’ experience in high-tech/fintech industry
● Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Banking market.
● Excellent Technical knowledge of fintech technology and trends as well as business development/sales strategies
● Excellent knowledge of product life cycle.
● Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
● Deep understanding of Digital business Sales/marketing.
● Excellent understanding of financial constructs
