  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), industry events, and employee referrals.
  • Develop compelling and informative job descriptions that accurately reflect the position and company culture.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview panels, and collecting feedback.
  • Manage offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and past candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and build a positive company image.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.Proven track record of successfully recruiting for positions within the manufacturing industry (a plus in garments ).Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.Excellent sourcing and screening skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of garments manufacturing industry terminology is a plus.Very Good English.
