Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager located in Cairo, Egypt, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing effective solutions to customer queries and concerns. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer data and using it to improve our platform and services.

 


QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in SAAS and 3-4 years experience overallCustomer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction with Strong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in customer success or customer support rolesKnowledge of online business platforms such as Shopify, Salla, or CRM systemsAbility to work independently and remotely and in a teamProficiency in English and Arabic languagesUnderstanding of online sales and marketingBachelor's degree in related field
