Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with 2-3

years of experience in the construction and contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and

promoting our range of products and solutions. Familiarity with our product offerings is essential,

though in-depth expertise in each area is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and

contracting sectors.

○ Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in

the industry.

○ Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase our

products and solutions.

2. Sales and Marketing:

○ Promote and sell our range of products, including clean room partitions, water

treatment plants, lab furniture, and pharmaceutical process equipment.

○ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs

and requirements.

○ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat

business and customer satisfaction.

○ Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients during the sales

process and after-sales service.

○ Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

4. Project Coordination:

○ Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure client

requirements are met.

○ Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and installation of

products.

○ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

○ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to

management.

○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client

interactions.

○ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities

and threats.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.● 2-3 years of experience in sales within the construction and contracting industry.● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.● Familiarity with clean room partitions, water treatment plants, lab furniture, andpharmaceutical process equipment.● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.● Willingness to travel as required.
