Communications and Marketing

  • Manage communications spending and work with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities.
  • Develop and update a dynamic informative database of all major media players and key influential opinion leaders in areas related to and affecting the TVET sector.
  • Develop and effectively maintain positive relations with major local and regional/international media services covering TVET-related areas.
  • Assist in developing and improving communication and outreach material based on the project’s visual identity while assuring its quality.
  • Conduct regular events and meetings bringing together media and other stakeholders with TVET officials to ensure maximum alignment and understanding.
  • Represent the company effectively in different events and official meetings. 
  • Coordinate with the different departments to ensure a timely and solid response to all media queries and concerns.
  • Effectively provide support in managing different public-related crises and issues.
  • Develop and analyze all media coverage and works related to the programs.
  • Provide analytical reports that identify issues with the media approaches and propose effective means of improvement and better results-oriented outreach to the different stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
  • Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.

Service Excellence

  • Create, implement, and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its services. 
  • Manage external relations to secure maximum public understanding and acceptance.
  • Responsible for the relations with stakeholders and media players to ensure maximum benefits and optimum support. 
  • Responsible for collaboratively creating and tactically executing the integrated marketing communications strategy for Ta’heal. This includes both traditional and digital (social media, website, videos..etc) to help ensure audience engagement and ROI.
  • Develop and revise proposals presentations, and enterprise ideas for company communications.
  • Consultatively identify and confirm the issues and problems that clients are facing and construct a unique, compelling value proposition that is ROI/performance-based. 
  • Work with management and business development to complete requests for proposals/information in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Lead in-house presentations and site visits to prepare for and conduct client, channels, and executive site visits/presentations.

Management Support

  • Work closely with the CEO and Managing Director to set up appropriate processes and routines so that decisions are effectively implemented and integrated into the corporate functions.
  • Cover a wide spectrum of responsibilities to ensure that the CEO can focus on strategic priorities and deliver on their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. 
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that reflect the core values of Ta’heal.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including correspondence, coordination, communications, and problem resolution effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage and prioritize all opportunities to enhance client relationships and accelerate the decision-making process that will grow revenue through increased utilization and develop supporting assets.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a strategic and tactical plan to achieve the desired annual revenue targets.
