Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead a team of customer service Representatives.
  • Developing service procedures , polices and standards.
  • Control resources and assets to achieve target.
  • Ensure that online orders are fulfilled accuratly.️ 
  • Agree with the top management on the customer satisfaction strategies.
  • Lead the customer service team to ensure maintaing high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Deal with shipping companies to deliver customers' orders .
  • Set the team KPIs and objectives that support organization objectives.
  • Manage and executing promotional campaigns
  • Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify the gaps.
     

Experience in customer service at the same rolePreferred working experience in RetailAbility to lead and think strategically.Multi tasking , strong client - facing and communication skills.B.S degree in business administration or related fieldLives near by Nasr City.Can start immediately.
