- Prepare contracting analysis in terms of seasonality, rates and allocation for all business partners agreements early enough before season of contracting starts
- Analyze segments allocations and market share at hotels on seasonal basis
- Analyzing along with RDOS&M the market trends to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
- Evaluate and review strategic contracts conditions – terms and polices for the best interest of Sunrise Resorts
- Track and reports monthly on hotels contracts performance in terms of allocation – AVG Selling rates and market share of each TO VS its competitors and each source market VS other contracted source markets
- Monitoring TO allotments and rooms types inventory are allocated in all agreements for all business partners at all hotels
- Monitoring key accounts production and advise actions to RODS&M to enhance bookings
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition rates and conditions that assist decision makers to identify best seasonal contracting rates and conditions

Weekly Report: • providing weekly report analyzing business partners performance VS. allocation and actual selling rates VS. Contracted ratesii. Monthly Report: • providing reports that shows business partners production VS. contracted allocation and selling rates VS. contracted • Providing reports analyzing market share performance from contracted nationalities and areas for development iii. Seasonal Report: • Providing analysis of each key account last season signed agreement details VS. New seasonal proposal • Providing analysis of key accounts performance before contracting season starts • Provides comparison analysis of markets AVG rates – allocation per hotel prior contracting season starts
