Job Description

∙ Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and all network nodes at all our sites
“HQ, Remote Sites”.
∙ Ensure network designs meet Cisco Network Design standards for Core/Distribution/Access layers with full
redundancy.
∙ Configure and support Palo Alto Firewalls, including traffic logging, shaping, and control.
∙ Advantageous to have experience with VOIP and other voice technologies, preferably 3CX.
∙ Monitor network performance and integrity, implement necessary adjustments through PRTG
monitoring system.
∙ Manage and configure Aruba Wireless AP505 and wireless controller appliances.
∙ Manage network Quality of Service (QoS) including traffic shaping and policy implementaon.
∙ Address all network-related ckets and issues promptly.
∙ Design and implement LAN and WAN data networks.
∙ Establish and maintain Site-to-Site VPNs (GRE, IPSEC).
∙ Configure and support SSL VPN soluons.
∙ Conduct technical training sessions for the team and users as required.
∙ Create necessary reports, documentaon, and manuals.
∙ Administer network components in accordance with corporate strategies.
∙ Cooperate with system and cybersecurity teams to achieve cross-project outcomes.
∙ Perform regular network assessments and audits to ensure optimal performance and security.

Troubleshoot complex network issues and implement solutions in a  Timely manner
