Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in R&D, with specific experience in the cleaning and cosmetics industry.Advanced analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions based on data and information.Excellent leadership skills and team guidance abilities, with the capacity to foster creativity and enhance collaboration within the team.Deep knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to cleaning and cosmetics.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
