- Implement, develop, and oversee HSE training programs for all levels of staff.
- Track and analyze health and safety metrics to identify trends and proactively address potential hazards.
- Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams on special projects, including plant construction, equipment design, and conducting hazard assessments.
- Assist in the investigation of all incidents, including root cause analysis and recommending preventative actions.
- Manage a comprehensive emergency response program with clear procedures and regular drills.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address any safety concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering.0-3 Years of proven experience as HSE.Professional certifications such as OSHA, Risk Assessment, and Scaffold.Very good command of English.Excellent communication skills.Details oriented person.
