Customer Support Representative

Key responsibilities include:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English, French, and Spanish
- Troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and process orders and returns
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes


customer service or sales experience, ideally in a multilingual, fast-paced environment- Fluency in English, (both written and verbal)- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities- Strong computer and software proficiency- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences- Language proficiency level B2-C1 in English.Education: Graduates only.➡️Military service: Completed or Exempted.➡️Second interview from site.➡️Language: English, ( B2/C1).➡️Location: Palm strip 6th of October city, Maadi or New Cairo➡️training is paid
