1-Implement the project specifications and all relevant requirements for the fabrication and erection of steel structures.
2-Identify and select representative samples from imported or delivered materials for testing in accredited laboratories, as stipulated by the project specifications and consultant requirements.
3-Develop comprehensive Method Statements (MS) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) outlining procedures for fabrication, erection, painting, and other activities. These documents are to be submitted to the project consultant for approval prior to commencing any of these activities.
4-Ensure diligent adherence to the project specifications by conducting and documenting all required tests during the fabrication, erection, and painting processes at workshop facilities. These tests include but are not limited to Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and any other specified tests. These tests will be carried out by the supplier and verified by the Consultant team or third-party Quality Control (QC) personnel. Additionally, oversee and document any required tests conducted on-site as per project specifications.
