Job Description

 

  • Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire the creative team to develop innovative and effective design solutions for various marketing and advertising campaigns. 
  • Brand Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual and digital platforms. 
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and in-store materials. 
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, photographers, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality creative content. 
  • Client Interaction: Present creative concepts and designs to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary. 
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in design, and advertising,  to keep the brand relevant and competitive. 
  • Quality Control: Ensure all creative output meets the highest quality standards and aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably within the retail industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, particularly within the F&B sector.Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.Creativity: Strong creative vision with attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment   Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual static and dynamic content for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, marketing collateral, product packaging, online and offline campaigns.Basic video skills required to edit corporate and social media videosTranslate creative briefs and brand guidelines into impactful design solutions that resonate with our target audience.Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business goals.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Review and provide feedback on designs produced by other team members to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.Support the creation and execution of multimedia content, including video graphics and animations, to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.Support Marketing Manager with all needed marketing & event collaterals, newsletter design, etc.Support the Marketing Manager with the selection of branding and video production third parties where needed.Work with other departments to get content and information to create proper contentWork closely with the Digital team to plan visuals for campaigns across all channels
