The Purpose of the Role<br/><br/>As a Sr. Program Manager at Honeywell Building Automation (BA) in Riyadh, you will lead and manage engineering programs within the building automation industry. Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Lead and manage engineering Salamtek program within the building automation industry and have experience with products across Fire / Security / BMS.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams like R&D, co-ideation, factories, ISC and Engineering.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>12 – 15 + years of experience in engineering program management within the building automation industry (Fire / Security / BMS)
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
Corporate background so well versed in managing internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in risk management and problem-solving
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
