  1. Assemble and modify existing pieces of equipment to meet special needs
  2. Provide technical support to departmental team members throughout product implementation process.
  3. Analyze network data to determine network usage, disk space availability, or server function.
  4. Configure security settings or access permissions for groups or individuals.
  5. Identify the causes of networking problems, using diagnostic testing software and equipment.
  6. Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
  7. Install network software, including security or firewall software.
  8. Install and repair network cables, including fiber optic cables.
  9. Perform routine maintenance or standard repairs to networking equipment and Back up network data
  10. Test computer software or hardware, using standard diagnostic testing equipment and procedures
  11. Troubleshoot network or connectivity problems for users or user groups.
  12. Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
  13. Train users in procedures related to network applications software or related systems.
