SMS Account Manager

- Responsible for the A2P business development of the company in the assigned region
- Manage and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing team, to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet client objectives
- Develop and manage project timelines, and deliverables
- Provide regular reporting and communication to clients and internal teams on project status and progress
- Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation


- Previous experience in Saudi SMS Wholesale Industry (B2B Account Management, Client Relations, Media and Communication)- Solid knowledge about computing and the service of integrated messages with the telecommunication companies  - Bachelor's degree: Sales or Marketing or Business, or any other- Excellent communication skills in an international environment- Goal Driven, customer care oriented
