A branch manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical branch at alshekh zayed.

The key duties and responsibilities  include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical center branch - Ensure the facility runs smoothly and efficiently to provide excellent patient care.
• Manage and lead the branch staff - Hire, train, schedule, and supervise the administrative staff, medical assistants, nurses, and other personnel.
• Maintain regulatory compliance - Ensure the branch follows all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow and services - Optimize scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and care coordination between different departments.
• Manage budgets and financial operations - Handle the branch's operating budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance.
• Liaise with medical professionals - Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other practitioners to align on patient care and operational needs.
• Implement process improvements - Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and overall branch performance.
• Serve as a patient advocate - Address patient concerns, feedback, and complaints to continuously improve service quality.
• Report to headquarters management - Provide updates on the branch's metrics, initiatives, and any issues that arise.
