  • Assist customers by understanding their individual needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Follow up the customer's requirements related to various departments.
  • Act as focal point between sales team and other departments
  • Maintain Customer Relations.
  • Update customer list.
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
  • Collection process follow up.
  • Handle customers complaints.
  • Handle Sales business trips.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative work.
  • Track Sales team schedules, T&A and visits.
  • Consistent reporting for the sales team performance and customers patterns.


 


1-2 years of experienceFemales only Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic.Bachelor degree.Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
