Job Description:
- Provide training and guidance to the employees on navigating and optimizing their use of Odoo.
- Collaborate with IT and Odoo developers to enhance systems functionalities and address any technical challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Odoo features updates, and best practices.
- Assist with data migration
- Develops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasks.
- Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
- Develops and presents training materials for end users
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
Job Requirement:Bachelor‘s degree in accounting.3-5 years of experience.proven experience supporting or implementing Odoo ERP systems specifically within an accounting context.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Excellent problem solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
