- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Determine technical specifications and costs for purchasing new equipment and devices
- Approving budgets for contractors' works for renovation and construction
- Manage the planning and implementation of new projects. Maintain all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities, for example, project scheduling, risk management, change management, issue management, and status reporting
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering ( electro - mechanical)Minimum 4 years of exp. in same position.Experience in planning maintenance operations.Experienced in healthcare & hospitality sector is preferable.Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.Solid understanding of health & Safety regulation & practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
