Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical office tasks, including the preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, and coordination with other engineering disciplines. This role requires a strong understanding of MEP systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review shop drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Develop and submit material submittals for approval.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project requirements are met.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Review and interpret engineering plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct technical evaluations and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Manage and update technical documentation and records.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to site engineers and other project stakeholders.
