- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, application screening, and new hire orientation.
- Support the personnel team in scanning , filing or any other tasks.
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levelsExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Demonstrated interest in the field of human resources and a willingness to learn
