- Manage the end-to-end ad trafficking process, including testing and implementing ads on
Almosafer’s digital platforms. - Manage all digital advertising campaigns within the Ad-Sales team.
- Monitor and report on ad-sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for
optimization. - Generate comprehensive end-of-campaign reports summarizing campaign performance.
- Correspond with clients to provide campaign updates, reports, and resolve technical issues.
- Manage multiple campaigns running concurrently.
- Assist Ad-Sales in developing proposals, media plans, booking orders and presentations to share
with clients. - Create and maintain ad-sales reports, track revenues, and provide regular updates to the team.
- Work with Finance to ensure timely invoicing of all advertisers.
- Provide support in various ad-sales tasks, including campaign setup, troubleshooting, and
maintenance. - Prepare and present detailed reports on ad performance, campaign delivery, and completion.
Fluency in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.Proven experience in digital media operations or a similar role.Experience in a client-facing role within an online publisher or digital media agency.Proficiency with or knowledge about industry leading advertising platforms and tools (e.g., GoogleAd Manager, DFP, Ad-Butler) is a huge bonus.Strong awareness of the latest digital advertising technologies.Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
