We are looking for a Spa Manager who will work independently and take full responsibility for the successful operation of our spa at Palm Beach Resort.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of the spa, from overseeing the daily activities, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the facility, to ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of the spa industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional experiences to our guests.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in spa management or a similar role in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of spa treatments, products, and servicesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitaskProficiency in English and any additional languages is a plusA valid certification in First Aid, CPR, and relevant spa management coursesKnowledge of local health and safety regulationsAbility to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
