Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Expertise:
   • Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft 365 products and services.
   • Stay updated with the latest features, functionalities, and best practices related to M365.
2. Customer Engagement:
   • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and pain points.
   • Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and technical workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
   • Provide technical guidance and answer customer queries regarding M365 products.
3. Solution Design:
   • Develop and propose tailored M365 solutions that meet customer requirements.
   • Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) scenarios.
   • Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture, implementation plans, and proposals.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions.
   • Participate in joint sales calls and meetings with account managers and other stakeholders.
5. Training and Enablement:
   • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers, partners, and internal teams on M365 products and solutions.
   • Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, and competitive analysis.
6. Market Awareness:
   • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft 365.
   • Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs and market trends.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and related security and compliance features.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, SaaS, and enterprise IT infrastructure.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.Proficiency in creating technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams.Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or similar, are a plus.Desired Skills:Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.Familiarity with competing collaboration and productivity tools from vendors such as Google, Slack, and Zoom.Project management skills and experience in overseeing M365 deployments and migrations.Preferred Education & Experience: Information Technology degree or equivalent is a must Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer designation, preferred •  Microsoft certifications in Azure and 365 are highly desirable minimum of 5 Years work experience. Experience in delivering presentations and demos Documenting proposals, RFPs, and RFIsCertification: Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals is a must Microsoft 365 Certified Messaging Administrator Associate is a must Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a must Microsoft 365 Certified Security Administrator Associate is a must Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred Exams Should be passed: Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Exam MS-900 Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator ExamMD-100 + MD-101 Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator ExamMS-203 Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Exam MS-500 Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Exam MS-700 Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator ExamMS-100 + MS-101 Microsoft 365 Teams Voice Engineer Exam MS-720 Microsoft Azure (AZ-304) preferred
