- upporting the Head of Technical Training and Development in planning, managing and coordinating technical trainings.
- Working with stakeholders in determining their training needs throughout the year, and developing effective training programs to meet those needs.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in order to ensure that the training programs remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the training programs align with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to training and development.
- Willingness to travel to various locations, including our regional offices and training centers
- Handles Technical Training requests from all business partners
- Developing and managing a team of trainers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver effective training programs.
5-7 years in training/teaching or Sales.5-7 years in insurance industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation and facilitation skills.Ability to design and deliver effective training programs to a diverse audience.
