- Develop and implement quality control processes to guarantee product conformity with specified requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Establish and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, testing protocols, and non- conformance records.
- Design and execute testing procedures to identify defects, deviations, or areas for improvement.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and provide insights for continuous quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains to enhance overall quality performance.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve production processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to align quality control objectives with overall business goals
