Key Responsibilities:
• Client Onboarding: Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to ensure a smooth transition and integration of our services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaboration with Technical Team: Join calls with the technical team to learn more about the details of conversations and better understand client needs.
• Branding Strategy Support: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive branding strategies to enhance our market presence.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through various sales techniques and channels.
• Video Call Meetings: Conduct video call meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide initial solutions until a technical lead joins follow-up meetings.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in client management, sales, and client onboarding, preferably from working in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies, including brand identity.
• Passion for visuals and user experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and convey technical information to clients.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional appearance.
