Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise the educational program for a designated stage (age group) at the school.
- Implement curriculum frameworks aligned with the school's vision and Ministry of Education's guidelines.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stage teachers and staff.
- Observe and evaluate teacher performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
- Identify and address any learning challenges faced by students in your designated stage.
- Collaborate with the School Principal on curriculum development, school improvement plans, and staff training initiatives.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to your assigned stage.
- Support the School Principal in achieving the school's overall objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization relevant to the assigned stageMinimum of 5 years of experience teaching relationships with students, parents, teachers, and staffFluency in Arabic and English
