Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that optimize efficiency and profitability
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of our chain of food and beverage outlets
- Ensure adherence to established operational procedures and standards across all outlets
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and control
- Train and develop operational staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related fieldMinimum 15 years of experience within the food and beverages industry, with proven experience in a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFlexibility to travel to different locations as required
