2.1 The main content of production equipment maintenance: refrigeration system, air compressor system, assembly line, voltage stabilizer, power distribution cabinet (box), ventilation equipment, etc. 

2.2 Check all belt pulls in the workshop once a month, and the inspection records are recorded on the "Workshop Belt Pull Inspection Record Form".

2.3 Check the company's voltage regulator once a month, and record the inspection and maintenance results on the "Regulator Checklist".

2.4 Check the ventilation system of the workshop once a month, and record the inspection and maintenance contents on the "Exhaust Fan Inspection and Maintenance Record Sheet".

3. Assist other types of work 

   Helping others work:

3.1 When other types of work require the cooperation of electricians in the maintenance and installation process, they should actively cooperate to complete the task.

4. Statistics of various maintenance and purchase data

   Record various types of maintenance and monthly material necessities / requirements.

4.1 Before the 10th of each month, the electrical materials and tools required for the next month shall be collected and submitted to the asset manager for review and purchase.

4.2 Count the number of maintenance consumables and scrapped consumables in each area of the company.
