As a Bilingual English & Spanish Customer Service Representative Nights supporting a USA financial program working in Cairo, Egypt, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also experience TEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

  • Answer incoming communications from customers.
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues.
