- Attend orientations & make presentation on daily.
- Help clients buy or sell properties.
- Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Minimum meeting number is 20 / monthly – 5/weekly
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Visiting clients and going on site visits.
- Answering client questions and handling objections.
- Supporting team members especially his partner.
- Representing the company in his appearance and behavior.
- Write all feedback on crm in Arabic or English language.
- Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals.
- Inter at least 30 new resale unit (inventory) monthly for the company.
A previous experience in real estate at least 2:5 years as senior sales & 3 years as a real-estate sales man in a brokerage companyBachelor degree.Good command of the English language.Good computer skills.Excellent presentation skills.Enthusiastic, proactive and fast learner.Able to achieve sales targets.Generating Leads on his own.Good appearance & can represent company.Telephone skills.Must own a car.6 October & Zayed inhabitant is preferred.
