Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.Proficiency in various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and network configurations.Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.Familiarity with IT security best practices and technologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or MCSE are a plus.
