Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating dynamic visual content that communicates our brand message and product offerings effectively. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality motion graphics, and visual effects that enhance our marketing, training, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Create high-quality motion graphics for various media including digital platform presentations, training materials, and promotional videos.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and motion graphics technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in motion graphics design.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work.Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, animation principles, and design aesthetics.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
