Accounting Director

  1. Recruit, supervise, and evaluate accounting staff.
  2. Develop the personal and professional capacity of finance staff members, including coaching, training mentoring, peer exchanges, and continuing education. 
  3. Manage day-to-day organizational accounting systems, including general accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets account analysis & reporting.
  4. Ensure proper periodic fixed assets physical count as per EAS.
  5. Ensure proper periodic bank reconciliation as per ESA.
  6. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide analysis for decision-making
  7. Responsible for the application of appropriate accounting in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standard and IFRS also in compliance with regulatory, law, and industry requirements which is necessary to produce accurate on-time monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial reporting.
  8. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and holding company.
  9. Executing any other tasks requested by his direct manager.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting• IFRS or CPA or ACCA• Minimum 14 years experience with at least 4 years in an audit firm• At least 4 years in the same post in the real estate.• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office• Good knowledge of SAP• Excellent leadership and managerial skills. • Proficiency in analytical skills• Practical communication skills
