Budgeting & Costing Manager

  1. Develop and implement the organization’s plan & budget, in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
  2. Monitor spending to ensure it remains within budget, conducting cost-benefit analyses as needed. 
  3. Prepare regular financial reports, providing clear insights into the budget status.
  4. Analyze financial data and make predictions about future plans & budget needs.
  5. Review the organization’s spending / cost allocation and make recommendations for changes where necessary.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to financial and budgetary issues
  7. Evaluate the performance of budgetary controls and improve them as needed.
  8. Provide financial advice to management to help them make well-informed decisions.
  9. Executing any other tasks requested by his direct manager.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or economy.• CMA• Minimum 8 to 10 years experience • At least 3 years in the same post in the real estate industry.• Proficiency in Microsoft office, PI Microsoft.• Good knowledge of SAP• Excellent analytical skills. • Ability to strategize and solve problems • Strong communication and presentation skills• Attention to detail and accuracy
