About the Job\:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to lead and elevate our Industrial Sector recruitment function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, identify, and hire top talent across the group locally and internationally. You will provide leadership and direction to the industrial Talent Acquisition team inside and outside Egypt, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Responsibilities\:

  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic talent acquisition plan aligned with business goals
  • Partner with business leaders across Egypt, the Gulf area, Europe, and Asia to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Implement and manage a robust applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate flow
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition
  • Manage and develop the Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching and mentorship
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify top talent pools for the group main industrial pillars including but not limited to Cables, Transformers & Smart Meters fields
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, utilizing various channels such as online job boards, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation, including resume screening, candidate interviews, and reference checks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
