Talent Acquisition Coordinator

  • Provide coordination support to the Executive Recruitment team, including arranging meetings and interviews
  • Organize, update, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for the department, ensuring easy access to information and resources
  • Update and maintain logs of inquiries received and responses provided, updating member records as needed
  • Assist the team with the development of surveys and relevant research to inform their work
  • Administer employment reference requests
  • Scan and file all received applications and CVs
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the team's operations
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline the hiring process
  • Schedule and coordinate all interviews
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Manage the department's database and email communications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area1+ years of experience working in Human Resources.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Sense of responsibility and taking ownership.
