Job Description
Include the following & Other duties may be assigned as required:

  •  Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
  •  Take and relay messages.
  •  Send and receive faxes and distribute them on concerned parties.
  •  Provide information to callers.
  •  Greet customers entering organization.
  •  Deal with customers' queries whether on the phone or in person.
  •  Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  •  Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  •  Prepare correspondences and internal documents and memos.
  •  Schedule appointments.
  •  Perform basic filing, and clerical duties.

Skills Required: Age not less than 25 3+ years previous experience in a similar post. Good of spoken and written English. Previous experience of working in a customer facing environment. Presentable.Qualifications needed: University degree.Good knowledge of using Microsoft Word & Excel. Good typing skills in both Arabic and English.
